Trauma comes in many forms such as physical, sexual or emotional abuse, accidents, death of a loved one, divorce, job loss, loss of identity, failures or mistakes, job exposure (first responders, ER workers) and on and on. Unhealed trauma can make life difficult to enjoy as it can lead to low self worth, depression and anxiety. Heal trauma and allow yourself to enjoy life more fully.

We help address grief by providing a safe space to process the complex emotions that accompany loss, such as deep sadness, anger, confusion, or numbness. Rather than aiming to “fix” or erase the pain, we focus on helping individuals normalize their experiences and navigate the turbulent journey of bereavement at their own pace.

Learn to feel good in your own skin and appreciate your unique and beautiful body. So many of us are impacted by societal pressures to look a certain way vs embracing the way we are. The messages that we are somehow not “right” start early, often in childhood, and they get stuck in us and rob us from our joy. We can work together to quiet the negative/untrue beliefs and replace them with a true appreciation of who and how you are.
Sexual Blocks
